By using this site you accept these terms. They are deliberately short and plain, but they matter: particularly the section on what our calculators are and are not for.
Our calculators produce estimates for ordering materials. They are not engineering calculations and must not be used as the basis for structural, safety-critical or regulated work. Always verify quantities against your own measurements and the manufacturer's data sheet before you order or build.
1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by OrderEnough, established in Netherlands ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@orderenough.com.
2. Use of the site
- You may use the calculators freely, for personal or commercial purposes, without payment or registration.
- You may not scrape, mirror or republish substantial parts of the site, or present our calculators as your own.
- You may not attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or its availability to others.
- You may link to any page here. A short quotation with a link and attribution is fine; wholesale copying is not.
3. Accuracy and limitations
We take real care over our formulas and constants, and we document our process on the methodology page. Even so, every result depends on assumptions that may not match your job: the accuracy of your measurements, the condition and absorbency of your surfaces, the actual performance of the product you buy, and the skill with which it is applied.
Results are estimates. We do not warrant that they are complete, accurate or fit for any particular purpose, and you should treat them as a starting point that you verify.
4. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is professional, engineering, legal or safety advice. In particular, do not rely on it for foundations, retaining walls, load-bearing structures, structural repairs, electrical or gas work, or anything requiring building regulations approval or a permit. Engage a suitably qualified professional for those.
Where local building codes or standards apply, they take precedence over anything published here.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its output, including wasted materials, delivery costs, delay, loss of profit, or the cost of remedial work.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, code and structure of this site are our copyright. The underlying mathematical formulas are not owned by anyone and you are welcome to use them.
Product names, brands and standards referred to on the site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
7. Advertising and third-party links
This site carries advertising served by Google AdSense. We do not choose, endorse or vet individual advertisers, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or of any site they lead to.
Where we link to a third-party site for reference, we are not responsible for its content, accuracy or privacy practices.
8. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any calculator or page at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
