We aim to reply within five working days. Error reports are usually answered faster, because we would rather fix a wrong number today than next week.
What to include in an error report
- Which calculator, and the exact values you entered.
- The result you got, and the result you expected.
- Where your expected figure comes from, if you have a source: a data sheet or a supplier quote is ideal.
- Whether you were in metric or imperial mode.
